AMRAP in 30 minutes

  • Go outside the tarp, run from the tarp to the far wall, and back. 2 down and backs

  • 20 Burpee Broad Jumps

  • 20 Sandbag Lunges (10 each leg)

  • 2 down and backs outside the tarp

  • 10 Bench Press

  • 10 Dumbell Bent Over Row

  • 2 down and backs outside the tarp

  • 5 Pull-ups (strict, no kip)

  • 5 Handstand push-ups
