  • 3 min. Row as a warm-up

  • Back Squat 5-5-5-5-5 Heavy

  • Stiff Leg deadlift 5-5-5-5-5

  • Incline Bench Press 5-5-5-5-5 Heavy

  • Dumbell Snatch 5-5-5-5-5 each arm

  • 3 min. Assault Bike as a cool-down
